No matter how cold-ey you might be feeling, you cant feel down around a two-year old! Spent part of the morning making stuffing, with junior helper tearing bread who inspected and smelled each piece... then an impromptu outing (Nanny, we go for picnic and see ai-pains!) wrapped in blankies and covers from the car while munching on bagels with cream cheese and watching airplanes (plus a hewicopter!) from the Rockcliffe Flying Club...grooving to the Brontosaurus Boogie and the Stegosaurus Stomp...having a longish nap...snack of apple slices dipped in cranberry sauce (tested that morning by the junior chef)...pride of accomplishment (Nanny, I farted!)...safari time, as we went on a Rufus hunt, curtailed only by the happy arrival of Mommy...yup, hot toddy tonight, with dreams of giddy time with grand-daughter...
