No matter how far gossips travel, the victim will surely find out but why do friends retail their friends’ privacy to the world? And why do you have to download to people you gossiped about only when you have altercation with those you gossiped with? If the victim is wise, ask the betrayer why he or she is narrating it now? If anyone at forty is still on’ them say’, Walahi you are not only a fool but foolish. As for those who they gossiped about, never show them that you are shaken, behave as normal, it’s their headaches and it’s payback as you had gossiped as well. We will all pay for gossiping one way or the other but some will gossip about you to anyone because they so much hate you for reasons even unknown to them. There is a quote that says if you reveal your secrets to the wind, you should not blame the wind for revealing them to the trees, never disclose your secrets to just any friends especially if you are in trouble because most of the sympathisers are really looking for particulars to gossip about. However, some people are so malicious they will make up stories but don’t worry; they will never go scot free. Ya Allah convict all malicious Gossipers, Slanderers, Talebearers and Whisperers and punish them with something that they will nurse so they don’t have time for themselves not to mention gossiping.
