No matter what is here. Yes & surrendering carries us through.This morning I felt pain in my heart like a stone.It got stronger during a conversation & I was honest & open, expressing what was here.There was some identity inside fearing being wrong, being judged etc.I brought this to light also & admitted it. I didnt feel I was being heard. Yet somehow I understood it was all as it was meant to be, just because it is as it is.. Afterwards I sat quietly acknowledged the pain & sensations in myself ( without the story)& said Yes This. God I know nothing. Yes to you, yes to truth. I give it all to you.Take everything. It gradually melted. So yes to truth includes everything. God is ALWAYS here. Truth finds its way through in astounding ways. Ways we could never imagine. Though I felt they were not listening. It didnt matter. Truth found its way into his heart. A few minutes later he came back into the room & said he could feel expansion in his heart. So truth found its way to him into his heart & mine through an imperfect seeming exchange!!! I know nothing & just hand myself to God. Its intimate relationships where identity still comes up inside myself. Its not comfortable. Yet in my willingness to face & expose whats here openly is my release from it. Yes to truth no matter what. Yes. Take it all. There is room for everything to be as it is in the deeper silence we ARE.
