No matter what you do it’s “probable cause”. Speeding. Doing the speed limit. Unusually adhering to traffic laws. But the second you make a traffic violation bam. Now you’re a suspect merely because of using Tor or a VPN… Because only criminals use those things or something. Here in my world the latter is just considered good security practice and the former is a solid idea if you’re needing to remain anonymous for research purposes. If you want to enslave a man, make him a criminal.
