No matter what your stance is on Ferguson, the court has made the decision that their was not enough evidence to indict Officer Wilson and I agree 100% with that decision. Put your self in the officers shoes. You ask a man standing in the road to get out of the road and he says no. So you ask him to move once again. This time he approachs your cop car and begins to assault you. Then he reaches for your gun! So you get out of your car while the man begins to walk away. You cant expect the man to do that and then just walk away, so you tell him to come back. So the man turns around and sprints at you. A 65 300 pound man is running at you. How would you feel? Scared out of your mind. So you have two options since you dont have a taser gun. You can either wait for him to get close enough to attack you again so you can spray him with pepper spray or you can draw you weapon and shoot. Officer Wilson chose the obvious and shot. Now I understand he shouldnt have shot 12 times, but he was trying to save his life. And I understand it would have been better if he shot him in the leg, but officers are trained to shoot at center mass. So while he was shooting, the man kept coming at him. So he continued to shoot. If someone was nuts enough to run through bullets being shot at them, they have probably had poor intentions,(killing the officer). So after many shots he finally put his hands up to comply. But it was too late to comply and that man got himself killed. That man who got killed was a black man. Just because he was black doesnt it make it a racist act. If anyone, male or female, black, white, chinese what ever chose to do what Brown chose to do, they would have been shot and killed as well. So once more I ask you. Put yourself in the shoes of officer Wilson and maybe this will change your mind. With this being said, I agree wholeheartedly with the courts decision to not indict Officer Wilson.
