No matter who is deemed to be in control in America, I choose to believe that God, the one and only, is still seated on the throne, in control of everything and is my protector, supplier, my healer, my refuge, my strongtower, provider, MY EVERYTHING! He is the King of all Kings, the Alpha, the Omega, the beginning and the end! My friends, rest in Him and Him alone. I know things can get scary, unnerving, unsettling, unstable, and a mulititude of other things...BUT...BUT GOD... Matthew 6:33-34 (NKJV)...33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. also we are NOT given the spirit of fear... 2 Timothy 1:6-8 (NKJV)...6 Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. 7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. 8 Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me His prisoner, but share with me in the sufferings for the gospel according to the power of God, Stir up the gift on the inside of you instead of the fear that is NOT from God! Walk in the power of His love and of a sound mind!!! Just a little food for thought today as I read some of things that are stirring up Gods people...Stir the right things within yourself!
