No meteorology,no red alert,no rescue, no air force is going to stop this devastating rain. No govt., no power,no tactical and strategical measures are going to work. Surely it is from Allah, the Almighty and only supplications (dua) will calm down the rains and please Allah to have mercy on us.This is very anxious and gloomy situation in Kashmir. Some areas r submerged dangerously.People are crying all around helplessly. Only Allah has the power to turn even ugly situations and calamities into peace and blissfulness.Under such situations, we should turn to Allah to invoke his mercy. So make special dua. ,offer two rakt special sullah.. Also recite this special dua mentioned in hadith to be recited during devastating rains.. At the time of rain.... At the time of rain: ﺍﻟﻠَّﻬُﻢَّ ﺻَﻴِّﺒَﺎً ﻧَﺎﻓِﻌَﺎ Allaahumma Sayyibann Naafi’aa “O Allaah, (bring) beneficial rain clouds.” (Bukhari – Fathul-Bari 2/518)...... Oh ALLAH,have mercy on us, There is no doubt, that Our Sins have increased your anger But, There is no doubt, that Your Mercy is bigger than Your anger.., so have mercy on us.
