No more mention of Ebola. No mention of lower unemployment or low gas prices either. Prediction: Partisan squabbling for about a year, followed by the creation of a series of new threats: Not one or two, but enough that it scares people into thinking the sky is falling... This will go on through the debate season so terrible candidates have fear-based talking points. ...and then, with as little time possible for anyone to dig too deep into the candidates, the emergency of the only people who candidates who possibly save us: A white male GOP presidential candidate with ties to a swing state and a VP Tea Party loon (gender and race negotiable).
