No need to practice being more at Peace, more in Joy, more in Love... This is our most natural state, and its what we live in when we dont get in the way of it. Practicing or using techniques to attain these states implies that it is something to achieve, something we need more of, something to get from outside of us... When in Truth, we cant get, be, or have more of it; we already have it in infinite capacity... we ARE it. And paradoxically, when we try to effort our way into these states we are actually getting farther and farther away from its resting place... We are chasing an illusory thought that says freedom is outside, when in fact, all we have to do is look within...
