No one ever wants to get pulled over by the police but if it has to happen, make it happen in Lowell, Massachusetts. Officers there recently got into the holiday spirit and, instead of issuing tickets for minor traffic violations, they played Santa Claus. Instead of asking for the drivers license and registration, cops asked what theyd like for Christmas. The officer then secretly relayed the wish to his team of police elves standing by at a store. And while the officer stalled for time, those elves were buying the gifts, wrapping them and running them over to the traffic stop. Drivers were stunned. The Lowell Police Department says they did it to show citizens that they care about them.
