No parent is perfect. Nope, not even you. It is beyond my comprehension to think of parents as bad people. Some folks, and most of them are men, became parents with out their consent.....though you men all know that you can protect yourself (these days ) with a rubber, you do not. Sigh. Some folks think they want children, but find themselves unsuited for it too late, some folks just get really really overwhelmed and need help, but get judgement instead. Some folks do the job, whether they want to or not, stand up folks, but sometimes they end up bitter. Some really terrible parents bring amazing folks into this world, read A CHILD CALLED IT. Some people believe in forced sterilization....so you dont give birth to madmen like the artist Van Gogh, or to deaf idiots like Beethoven, or just that guy on the bus who mumbles and sounds bad.....this thinking scares the beejesus out of me. Think people think.
