No phone indefinitely... for all those who know how much I can talk..... please keep me in ur prayers.... I might just start talking to the walls... like random posts on FB walls too!!!! So, going forward in my phoneless life I will not have whasapp (I have to admit... Im the admin of so many groups and I would read those messages way before I would pick up the newspaper), FB updates (Its so tempting to look at who liked which picture and who said what to my posts), Skype notifications, viber.... Oh and not even freecell, daily horoscope, calculator..... !!! Im feeling like I am going to miss my floodlight and walking stick.... And the on-the-go, solve-it-all google will be missed dearly. But then maybe Ill end up talking to the locals who know it way better than someone who could share their insights on Google. Ill have no phone, but I will have one to one conversations with the people directly involved. Ive either got to start wearing watches to sleep or not care of the time when I wake up. I was so dependent on my dying Micromax for everything... even the morning alarms. But I guess now I might pull the curtains and look outside instead of checking the weather updates on my poor little Micromax. I will miss the camera and my photo editing app for a fair bit... but now, those scenes are going to be free to be where they are, safe, like a milestone on a highway. I will not be able to capture them. I will be forced to pick only the important pictures. I feel like I have limited films for the pictures that I can click... remembering those old plastic Kodak cameras. I wont be able to digitally enhance those pictures either... But, with time these wonderful memories will only grow in clarity.... Its a pity that I will not be able to share them with anyone as images but I will have to share it with words or paintings. i think Ill spend some more time with myself in the next few days in my phoneless life :) But Ill still log on to the laptop to stalk my FB life ;)
