No photo for obvious life threat reason! This GSA and rider had a Wolf attack within 5 feet, before I blipped my throttle and got past this guy!!! He had just crossed road in front of me to my surprise, my first ever Wolf in the wild sighting. Lake Superior north shore in Canada. Instead of running off into the woods, the Wolf hunkered down in the weeds as I got close and pounced right after me as I approached at a reduced speed of 20 mpg.. I had just seen a Wolf, wow and I had slowed to capture the moment but not stopping. I was shocked the Wolf had preyed on me, came out teeth baring and clearly made his intentions clear. My riding pal, Terry was behind me, saw it all. Terry stopped, Wolf still there and we figure the second bike and his bright new LED driving lights startled the Wolf and off he went. These critters are huge dogs with wild built in, very dangerous. I cherish the moment always and nothing harmful came of the encounter, ever so close. 5 feet! Thats just a tad close...
