No photo today just words...... Theres a reason I love crossfit. The sound of hi fives and encouragement echos around this metal building as we all try to catch our breaths. Words of well done good work you aced it resounds through our place of gains...... people have a glow on their sweaty, puffed faces, a sense on accomplishment and pride fills this place just like the steam that rises from our backs. We all pitch in to help one another pack away our gear. Laughs are herd all round. We are a family all walking the same path finding comfort in surrounding ourselves with people of like mindedness. If there is one hack in life i have discovered its this.....Surround yourself with people who want to take life by the horns and live it to the fullest. We are all on the same journey in this life so be with those who share the same goals.... it makes for an awesome ride. Crossfit for life.
