No pulling tonight meant I was able to finally do some heavy rowing. While I would recommend a much stricter form for a beginner, it is not a big concern for me and most other bodybuilders that Ive seen done ridiculous weight at their heaviest set. The goal is to overload the upper/mid back with as much weight as possible (with some control) for the sake of promoting hypertrophy. I also usually get much longer rest in my last few heavy sets in contrast to other back exercises where I use more stricter technique, shorter rest time e.t.c.
