No surprise - legislation taking NC backwards in time is also going to bite" NC in the butt" - businesses which they wanted to encourage are going to stay away from NC rather than be attracted to NC - from the article - "In January, after the election of Pat McCrory as governor, Republicans took control of both the executive and legislative branches for the first time since Reconstruction.
