No things dont go back the way they were once broken, not by them selves. A little glue and all the pieces and that plate can be used again. It wont be perfect or as pretty as before, but you can still use it. We human beings get stronger when broken, you may never see the damaged you have done, but thank you...I am stronger now. Will I be broken again? Never in the same way. I forgive you for trying and possibly succeeding.
