No way to salvage this terms classes things just caught up with me and couldnt do anything but ride it out. I got a virus some time ago and could see where the problem was but could not get it to do anything. Norton has lost my business not only did it allow the bug in but it was accommodating it as well. Each time my PC would do an update it would lock the browsers out and I would have to go through this big pain in the butt to get it back up, well that soon ran out and the restore would no longer do the job. And of course this happened before I had funds to get it fixed, and right in the middle of last session. O well have my guys at best buy back and they cleaned this machine up and it is running like a champ again. I now have a back up with a lap top and some on line file sharing programs so that I can use my files on either one for classes. The only sucky thing is it has Windows 8 and is taking me some time to figure out all the new ways of getting to where I want to go. So with any luck the up and coming session will at least be much less stressful with being able to get on line when I need to and knowing that if any thing does come up I have something to fall back on and I have the Geek Squad to help take care of any issues. O ya and a new security program WebRoot supposed to be much better at keeping crap out of the PC.
