Noah asked me when I knew I loved Cyndi. I told him that love surprises people. From strangers meeting, two peoples friendship continues to grow and evolve and eventually the idea that there was a time you didnt love that person seems very foreign. I told him that love is like a garden that two people continue to put time, work and effort into. True love is not Romeo and Juliet, but rather grandma and grandpa- where he still still buys her flowers just because. Falling in love is not one moment. It is a million moments. Here is one of them though, that made me smile. Cyndi and I went to a nice restaurant where the waitress asks if we are celebrating anything. I tell the waitress that my girlfriend just won Mime of the Year. The waitress looks over incredulously at Cyndi and without missing a beat, Cyndi begins to mime that she is stuck in a box and pulling a rope. With a woman like that, how could I not love her?
