Nobody can make you upset without your own consent:- Same as when nobody can enter your house without your permission so how is it possible that someone can make you upset without your own consent in this your consent is your mind . It’s very simple is it possible when somebody knocks at your main door and you ask who are you? If you think he is the right person then only you open the door and invite him /her in your house else you will reject the very first moment when he knocks the door if he is not the right person same here suggestions and statements of others have no power to hurt you make you upset because you have the main door of your mind at that time. Now it’s up to you whether you want these stupid statements hurt you or you reject these statements from the very first moment when it knocks to the main door of your mind. So nobody else have any power except you yourself for getting upset without your own consent never allow any stupid statement or comments of other to enter in your mind reject it from the very first moment and be happy….
