Nobody ever rent a caravan through Charlotte Louise Gorman. I paid £300 for a week commencing 26th July-2nd August I paid the money via bank transfer 3 and half weeks before my arrival thinking because I knew of her it would be less hassle. She kept promising to send me receipts and passes (that I never recieved) and on the day of my departure I got me and my family ready everything was packed half an hour before setting off I got a message theres been a gas leak we are fixing it so I wait.. And wait and then she says I will get some money back for the night I lost- I said somethings not right I want to speak to your dad (the man whos van it was on primrose valley known as James OShaughnessy, this is who I paid) I wasnt aloud his number. I decided to go to primrose see whats going on as she agreed to meet me there and show me everything was legit. I got there she had me chasing shadows no1 turned up. She apologised told me to come back in the morning and meet her at 11 and tugged on my heart strings abit with sob storys. so I agreed tomorrow. Got to 27th and I had a message saying her grandad was in hospital I had to meet her dad (James) at 1pm I explained thats fine etc I thought something was dodgy so I nagged for his number so we could contact him before we set off I got it I called him straight to voicemail. We didnt know what to do we packed car hoping for the best get to primrose valley with my 14month old son I was told as I was pulling into primrose my dad has come to hospital we are turning of my grandads machine tony a worker will meet you.. So we waited for this imaginary tony that quite obviously didnt show and after an hour of misery we turned around went home. Now shes not returning my refund as promised so I have no option but to report her. When I aired this onto my Facebook I found out she had scammed others. I shared this so you are all aware of this nasty selfish vindictive piece of work. She will not get away with it as she has chosen the wrong person this time!
