Nobody plans to fail… They just fail to plan! It is true. It is that time of year. Time for resolutions, goals and plans. In every important publication you pick up today you will get advice on goal setting, for example: “Successful Planning” as found in Inc., “Pick 3 Wins” per Entrepreneur or “ To wake up without a plan is the road to failure” also in Entrepreneur. Why? Because failure to plan does promote failure, it’s that simple. Things to think about: 2014 is winding down, as you looking back on the last 12 months, what have you done to move yourself toward your goals? How many of your stated, written down, tractable goals did you accomplish? Did you have goals? How many need to be moved into 2015? More importantly why do they need to be moved into the New Year? Are they really goals or just “big dreams”? What financial, emotional, spiritual & physical accomplishments are going to be yours in the next month, 3 months, 6 months, year? Who is your success group? Who will cheer you on? To whom will you contribute your time, talent and treasure? How are you going to enrich our world and thus become enriched?
