Nominated by Soubir Dutta Gupta to list out my top 10 books. I would rather talk about my top 10 films. :P :P. So having taken consent from him, here is my top 10 movies list, ranked in an order I intended it to. 1. Three Colors: Blue by Krzysztof kieslowski (simply the best film i have ever seen) 2. A Short Film About Love by Krzysztof kieslowski (yes, i am a kieslowski fan :P :D) 3. Pother Panchali by Satyajit Ray (Never knew Indian Filmmakers can be THIS GOOD) 4. The Tree of Life by Terrence Malick (Hollywood mainstream actors dared to experiment this one time) 5. Children of Heaven by Majid Majidi (No film can ever be purer) 6. Meghe Dhaka Tara by Ritwik Ghatak (A director who never got his due) 7. Nayak by Satyajit Ray ( Only Uttam Kumar could have played this role) 8. Pulp Fiction by Quentin Tarantino (Never was a fan of abuses before i saw this film) 9. Raging Bull by Martin Scorsese (A textbook for film enthusiasts) 10. Chunking Express by Wong Kar Wai (Guilty Pleasure) Phe It was tough choosing just these 10 films. Sooooo many great films are not in here. :( :( Anyway i wanna nominate Mayukh Purkayastha Debmalya Bhattacharya Debarshi Kanjilal Maharghya Chakraborty Sankalita Satpathi & also the person who nominated me Soubir, cz he hasnt taken the movie challenge yet & he desperately wants to. :P :P
