Non Muslim is forbade to sit as judges in the Hukum Hudud system. So will the Non Muslim rights be fairly represented when it come to a criminal trial involving a Muslim suspect and a Non Muslim victim? It contradicts the fairness for Non Muslim Victims as it is perceived that there will injustice or unequal representations. Where can a Non Muslim appeal if the judgement is deemed inadequate, unjust or biased? It will go back to the same group of judges and human brains can be easily influenced with many factors.
