Non controversial budget other than statue...nuggets of growth and development everywhere. Pro upper middle class. Govt wants us to spend more and also save more- gives us opportunity. Hope we earn more too or perhaps optimize our spend. My interpretation at a basic level to survive and grow in this economy and I will relate with food which we all eat. So if you eat two fish; eat one. If you eat two sweets; have one. Always go for 1+1 drinks and limit yourself. Have counter cigarettes only (or mass smoking). Overall be a good citizen and you will prosper
