Non-judgment and Detachment Non-judgment is hard to follow if we are afraid to be judged and it reflects lack of self-love and self esteem. It is an unnecessary skill to always be judged right in others eyes. It is root of unauthentic actions, relationships and wrong jobs, because the judgment is ‘conditioned’ love and happiness, that can last only for while. It can be draining to mind and body if we lose our true selves to it. To remain non-judgmental and detached from things that trouble you, is to know who are you are within, and to be at peace with that knowing. It includes all your supposed flaws too. As you see your true self without judgment and just love, you can change the life to be the way you want it too, as you will always do things that you love and that makes you happy. But staying attached and judging self and others, you are not accepting the truth and allowing the change needed, and sometimes also the acceptance of situations and people, that they are just the way they are, and it all begins with compassionate eyes.
