Non-make up selfies display are an appalling reflection of society. What a sad state of affairs where people need reasons to give and cannot do so without massaging their own ego. If you can support cancer research or a charitable cause, don’t grow a pathetic moustache for a month or take images of yourself. Just give what you can and do so with selfless modesty! Be humble enough to do and forget... I salute those who give daily with no notion of return, not those who need reasons and pathetic contemporary means to make themselves be perceives as benevolent. Reminds me of the Royal family preaching charity to the masses with their 770 bedroom palace gleaming in the background!! “one who perform selfless service without desire for reward will certainly attain liberation. The need to be desire-less (nehkaami) is critical in making this action fruitful. When one does Seva, one should just do it without any thought for a return - think of it as a duty to the society.” Get over yourself!
