None of my electronic devices want to upload a picture of the baby right now. John Jacobs was born a little behind schedule at 1:16pm and measured 7 pounds 1 ounce and 19 1/2 inches long. The epidural did not take so the doctor decided to put Victoria Jacobs out for the delivery so it took some extra time. He is very cute and has some light brown hair. He was good and pink and lively until his first feeding. Around 5:30 pm while John was eating he decided to not breath properly and turned blue. He was wisked away by the nurse and taken to the nursery where he came back around. He regained color and appeared to go back to normal. The doctor decided he needed to be monitored down in NICU for observation and maybe some testing.
