None of the folks who feel Im in the wrong here apparently have the energy, or perhaps the conviction, to present an opposing viewpoint, so let me play Devils Advocate (so to speak) for the purposes of this posting. (If Im misstating or omitting anyones arguments in favor here, let me know.) =================== McFate is wrong: Stoicism is based on rationality, and the only rational position which one can hold regarding God(s) is that they dont exist; contrary views are simply superstitious. Quantum mechanics has proven that the Christian God is a failed hypothesis, and the relation between physics and ethics is a valid Stoic concern. Peoples viewpoints should _not_ be censored in this group, and postings and comments promoting an atheist viewpoint are entirely reasonable here, and anyone who prefers not to see such things can simply ignore or hide them.
