Noon hour class was spiritual bc my mothers presence showed up today. We used her old clothes to fill up 4 heavy bags and as I was watching the women train I heard a noise of grinding, thinking it was working men so I turned to look and it was one of the heavy bags moving fast that the chains holding it up were grinding on the beam. My first instinct is hi Mom, everyone stopped and witnessed her spirits presence. I know she is always with us at the gym, where she enjoyed being with a young bunch of women, love you mom.
