Normally I dont bother with all this name and shame malarky, but anyone thinking of taking out a contract with O2...dont believe what you are told instore about the insurance...they say any accidential damage will be sorted out next day and phone exchanged...FALSE....it has to go off to be checked which takes up to 5 days....only then will they decide IF they will fix it. So a knackered knee causing a fall down the stairs resulting in a cracked screen MAY NOT be covered....not what I was told when taking insurance out..plus I have to pay them £25 excess to get it sorted....but only IF they sort it. Think a trip into town is called for and get it done myself within about 1 hour and cancel the insurance is in order !
