Normally I love HP.... but I have a friend who is looking for work got some kind of bug on her computer.... that wont let her download any kind of security for her computer from Microsoft... and HEWLETT-PACKARD will not even send her a disc that does not even cost them over 3 dollars to make and send.... without her sending them anything less than 15 - 30 dollars to receive the disk to start her computer all over again...... Really during out times of turmoil and people who are fighting to survive during these poor economic times.... you will not bend a little to help your fellow man/woman out who can not afford to buy a cheap disk to in the name of helping her find work.... especially when she lives in the middle of nowhere and can not afford gas to search for job that she may not even get an interview for????? REALLY>>>> and I was always under the assumption that HEWLETT-PACKARD actually cared about their customers... perhaps I should start letting people know..... and start buying compaq..... Thank you, HP, for helping me change my mind.... and opening my blind eyes....
