Normally, when I see ignorance and stupidity or maybe just something that I disagree with on Facebook, I feel the need to comment, to question, to debate, to hopefully enlighten, or even to chastise, and Ive known for some time that its a more than generous waste of my time, energy and patience. So Im done with that. Social media only carries with it the appeal of the people using it, and, sad to say, Ive lost most of my interest in it as people are growing far less appealing to me as my interaction with them increases. So no more debates, no more opinionated rants, no more questions designed to provoke thought, today, Facebook won and ignorance prevails....hell, Im retired....
