Norman Rockwell: Steven Spielberg and George Lucas are big fans and avid Collectors of Norman Rockwell artwork. They often lend thier pieces out for Public Displays at places such as Gallerys and to the Norman Rockwell Museum The Diving Board which was the cover for The Saturday Evening Post in 1947, is owned by Spielberg, and is displayed within his View in his office.He has often said he draws inspiration from The Diving Board by staring at the Illustration before taking on a major project saying Im like the kid on the board, should I take the plunge on this current project, or slowly back down........(nrsp)
