North Ballarat Roosters VFL athletes Nath and Gia smashed out great session at the RAD centre. Video shows highlights of some of the drills completed. Ankling - low load plyometric, fast feet, bouncing on the balls of the feet quick transfer eccentric to concentric developing elasticity. Hurdle rebound jumps - minimal ground contact time, max height and stick the landing. Then into the shed working on deadlift technique, developing posterior chain, start with bar touching shins, big chest and strong core before the pull, then drive feet through the ground and push hips through the bar at the top!
