North Bay Business Journal announced the 2014 winners of its ninth annual Top Real Estate Projects in the North Bay awards and Ghilotti Construction took home four of them. Ghilotti is proud to be a part of the building of these great projects. It is both an honor for us and everyone who took part in the development of these incredible projects. To receive these four awards while celebrating our 100th anniversary is a blessing. GCC is especially grateful to receive an award for the Dino Richard Ghilotti Motta stadium complex, as our 100th anniversary is dedicated to Dino Richard Ghilotti Motta, son of Nancy and Dick Ghilotti. The four projects that won the awards are 2013 Sonoma Pavement Preservation Project in Sonoma, Marin Catholic Dino Ghilotti Motta Stadium in Kentfeild, Deer Creek Village in Petaluma, and Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital in Santa Rosa.
