North Main & Auburn Street Roundabout Project It is anticipated that mid- to late- week of August 5th a traffic lane shift will occur on Auburn Street and North Main Street (north of the Auburn and Main intersection only). At the same time, Vernon Street and Yonge Street at the North Main intersections will be closed. Please note that King Street at the North Main Street intersection will remain closed and Myott Avenue at the North Main Street intersection will remain opened (right-in and right-out only). No access from or to North Main will be permitted from King Street. Drivers are reminded that no turns are allowed at the North Main and Auburn Street intersection. Businesses are open during construction and the public parking lots are accessible. The public parking lots are located off of Toner Avenue and Latham Pl. Drivers are encouraged to utilize Sheridan St. and Boilvin Ave to access the public parking lot at the southeast corner of the N. Main Street and Auburn Street intersection, and Reynolds Street and Church Street for the parking lot at the southwest corner of the N. Main Street and Auburn Street intersection. Drivers are encouraged to consider alternate routes during the project construction. Drivers are also reminded to obey work zone speed limits and to stay alert for workers when driving through the construction zone.
