North vs South.. Problems gradually begin creeping up after the couple take a decision to get married, because Krish and Ananya come from different states of the country, and have drastically different backgrounds. Krish, happens to be from Delhi and comes from a Punjabi household, whereas Ananya comes from a Tamil Brahmin household from Chennai. The couple decide to get married only upon the agreement of their respective parents. Chaos ensues when the couples’ parents meet each other. The clash of cultures puts forth a lot of obstacles, which Krish and Ananya must fight in order to end up together. Will Krish and Ananya successfully overcome all the hardships that they are faced with, and end up living happily ever after? This film, is thus, an entertaining take on various issues that plague inter-community marriages in India.
