Norton v. Shelby Co.118 U.S. 425, 442, 6 S.Ct. 1121, 1125, 30 L.Ed. 178 (1886) wherein it was held that: “An unconstitutional act is not a law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; it affords no protection, it creates no office; it is, in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed.” See also Ex parte Siebold, 100 U.S. 371, 376-77, 25 L.Ed. 717 (1879) “An unconstitutional law, (such as invoked by Municipal statutes, County statutes, and/or Federal statutes) is void, and is as no law. An offense created by an unconstitutional law is not a crime. OUR JURIES are NOT ALLOWED to know what The Supreme Law of The Land, known as The Constitution :and TRUE LAWS are ! AMERICAN PEOPLE, we are all being RAILROADED into CORRUPTION, TYRANNY, USURPATION and DESPOTISM across the fruited plain by our local circuit Court and Federal Judges DAILY. What happens to our one of our neighbors, happens to all of us! WE MUST STAND UP FOR THE RULE of OUR laws that We The People ordained and established UPON our elected Republican and Democrat enemies of our Bill of Rights and Constitution. The Town Hall meeting in Dixie County Florida is where THE PEOPLE of Dixie County are STANDING UP for the INJUSTICE OF Terry Trussell of Dixie County, FL who was arrested and charged with several felonies for doing his CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY as the Grand Jury Foreman of Dixie County and arrested for SHOWING UP IN COURT, and answering the JUDGE IN HIS HIGHEST VOICE, for not being in Court. Yes you read that right. Three times he replied to the Judges call for Terry Trussell in Court and the Judge had him arrested for not being in Court. Yes you read that right.
