Nostromo build update - 1:18 scale. Alien 79. Working on adding the paneling to one of the longest walls yet to the Nostromo. Many have asked how I create the paneling...the first time was the most difficult - I cut each panel out of styrene, layered for thickness and rounded/smoothed the edges. Before I mounted them, I made molds for the assortment of shapes so I wouldnt have to deal with the same task over and over again. I still have to create some random shapes from time to time but having cast parts at the ready go really makes a difference. #alien #nostromo #wallpaneling #modelbuilding #sith_fire30
