Not being one who cooks fancy meals much, I seldom post pictures of food or talk about food on FB, but last night I had a brainstorm and came up with an idea that turned out pretty good so I though I would pass it along. I picked up an extra thick cut of Angus beef and cut it along one of the outside edges to make a pocket inside. I then sauteed some diced potatoes, carrots, onions, and mushrooms in a mixture of teriyaki sauce, virgin olive oil, and seasonings. I put the sauteed mixture inside the pocket I had cut in the meat and sealed it with a metal clamp along the cut edge. I then broiled it until it was beginning to get crispy on the outside. It was Mmmmmm good if I do say so myself! I call it Boeuf Poche (pronounced Beff Posh), which is French for beef pocket,
