Not completely sure on the assets of Syria and what foreign trade they have in Import and Export but foreign aid must be restricted, all exports out of Syria need to be suspended!, their banking system needs to be put into massive inflation!, the weight of the international community has the strength to support the civilians but collapse this country until such time its tyrannical, oppressive government has been deposed! Band together United Nation, insert those brave, unnamed and unheralded investigators of international human rights and peace. Vivez la liberté et la paix. Veni, vidi, vici!!!
