Not every marriage lasts a lifetime. Both George and I were married before we met. I can say without reservation, that we both went the extra mile in those marriages. Both of our mates were liars, both played head games. In marriage, lying isn’t conducive to a good relationship. We always told each other the truth and tried to be open with how we felt. Playing games with each others feelings wasn’t an option and neither was half truths. A half truth is a whole lie! It’s better to be truthful up front than to be found to be lying later, because then the trust is broken. Love doesn’t hurt, lying, cheating and screwing with each others emotions does, that’s why we pledged to be open and honest with each other. The second time around we had learned from the first.
