Not everyone who suffers from personality disorders has access to treatment that is: 1. available where you live, 2. of sufficient quality to be effective, 3. affordable with your insurance system (or not). Our friends at TARA (Treatment and Research Advancements) created a survey to collect data on and quantify your experiences in searching for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment of your problems. The goal is to advocate effectively to demand action to improve diagnosis and availability of evidence-based treatment. Appropriate diagnosis and availability of treatment is a major stumbling block towards getting help. We would appreciate your helping us by taking the time to answer the questions in this anonymous online survey. It will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete, depending on the number of experiences you have had. When you take the survey, even if you only start it and dont finish, please comment here to say that you took it. This way we can keep track of how many people from PDAN did it. The information you fill in is anonymous and confidential. r20.rs6.net/tn.jsp?e=001S-DZoTC-fp1iCuH4iB1-0lJniiAg6kYTvVvXX9EDiOImfhBwWDcpKQ2C7DWlLvqP2sxBdY8BinyyGeKPaGaQwZuGxdFtTugpn_Pk9stvdUA6HkeoWcfFvgcg--9EDZ2o
