Not happy with the tv, twice it has been into currys for this problem, and when they have it they have it for 28 days, contacted samsung this morning about it, have to email them proof of purchase, wait 48 hours for a response then to book a appointment for it to be looked at. I certainly am not buying anything else from CURRYS as the customer service there is shit, you call currys, go through no end of options then get cut off, when the tv is in for repair they dont call to say its ready for collection, no it takes the customer to go there as the 28 days have expired only to discover the tv is out the back awaiting collection and they say they did try and call. BOLLOCKS. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
