Not impressed 12.10am just had to get dressed and go down 5 floors to reception. Window broke wind gusting in cant sleep so noisy scared its gpnna fall ouu ash just got off to sleep even he struggled and hes shattered. So man been up and gaffa taped it all up feel safer now Not. This was after checking on to hair in bath. Empy shamppo and soap containers and poo round the loo. What a shit hole norbreck castle is cant wait to come home jx
