Not looking forward to this trial my daughter has to go to next week. I dont even know how long ago its been,but she tapped (wouldnt even call it rear ended )another car. Lady insisted on police even tho there was no damage to either car, no dent, no paint. The officer took the report and said no damage but gave the lady a ticket for not having proof of insurance and to Lauren for tapping her car. The lady refused medical treatment and said she was fine then changed her mind, and went to the ER Im guessing. She now is suing Lauren and her insurance for like 25 thousand dollars claiming permanent disability and all this stuff wrong with her back. I had went to the scene because Lauren was upset how this lady was treating her even after apologizing for bumping her car. The lady was not nice and had choice words for me as well and is accusing me of being racist or making a racist comment... So guess who has to testify? Me. I cannot believe it has even gotten this far and I hope justice is served. I was hit by an F150 pickup a week ago 4000$ in damage on my driver side front. I had stiffness and soreness but I would not allow the officer to even issue a ticket. This man was trying to get a hit and run license and hit me in the process.. I dont understand people sometimes. I hope it all works out in my daughters favor and the insurance...
