Not looking so fresh! 26.2 miles finished in 4 hours 57 minutes at age 41 (on wednesday) Not an amazing time but very happy I can have my life and family back now. Over £630 raised for Macmillan cancer support. Thankyou to Lauretta Curtis, my wonderful daughter for the encouragement at 23 miles (Pregnant and running with her mum) Thankyou also to Jess Clarke, my personal trainer who always pushes me to the max. Thank you for the post run stretches by Jess and Lauretta. I have loved every moment of this challenge, training, nutrition, pain and the marathon. Rest and food time now.
