Not many people know this, but our National Anthem has 5 verses to it. The words to this song will give you chills if you are a true Patriot Verse 1, 2, 4 and 5 were written by Francis Scott Key in 1814 And verse 3 was written by Oliver Windel Holmes in 1861.
