Just got the note on my car saying bin men couldnt get down the road this morning, clearly not enough room to get between the cars... and they decided to leave the note on my car! The one thats parked mainly on the bloody pavement! AND if my cars outside it means Im home so if you kindly ask me to move - I bloody will. So am I now responsible for the whole street smelly bins not being emptied, for parking outside my own house.Urgggghhhh!
